Working at Sound Physicians has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a CPN lead, I have the opportunity to collaborate with team of highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals. The supportive environment fostered by both the providers and hospital staff has made every day fulfilling and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of my time here has been the exceptional teamwork and camaraderie. The providers are approachable and eager to share their knowledge. This has greatly enhanced my learning and professional growth. Additionally, the nursing staff and administrative team are always ready to lend a helping hand, creating a seamless workflow and ensuring that patient care remains our top priority.

Cons

Just like with many other hospitals staffing and workload has been a challenge. At times the workload can be heavy, especially during peak seasons.
