Good work life balance - lack of growth

Pros

Defined KPI System and easy to navigate ticketing platform. A thorough ticket escalation system to follow. Free training for leadership/technical Decent pay for the job being asked.

Cons

This job can be done from anywhere, but the NEED you in the office. Lack of a defined path to growing your salary or receiving bonuses.

Pros

Great benefits and PTO (when you can use it), tele-working, great colleagues, family first attitude, able to work autonomously.

Cons

Understaffed, heavy work loads! Too many different operating platforms, no incentives, minimal pay raises, staffing left to deliver on promises that aren't obtainable or manageable but expected to fix all issues. ON CALL weekends, nights and all holidays with no back-up. - no work life balance. Very Stressful position.
