Peers are supportive and helpful. Great staffing and recruiting team

Put too much on their staff to do and expect more. Pay is not high enough compared to like companies

Pros

flexible work life balance, On average - competitive pay, good benefits, young company with opportunity to move up, culture.

Cons

Executive leadership is not always transparent even when they say they're transparent. 30-35% of an entire branch (around 40 people) were laid off due to over hiring and a business module transitioning. This was deemed due to Covid as the final push even though this move was "expected for some time". Those people were laid off the within a 24 hour notice. So not the most "transparent" in my opinion.
