      Pros

      PTO, Benefits (Insurance & 401a/457b). When you work with good people its a great place, however there is no accountability follow-through.

      Cons

      Fear of potential retaliation. Human Resource department is self proclaimed passive in addressing employee concerns. Difficulties in obtaining reasonable accommodations through the Benefits department. Practices related to pay rates have been called into question. An 'ivory tower' culture that may affect workplace dynamics. Salaried staff are reportedly expected to work up to 60 hours per week and remain on call, some without receiving appropriate on-call compensation.

      Great work, benefits, and coworkers

      Cons

      The new executive leadership team is awful. They hide behind HR while they push an agenda that doesn’t align with company values. Employees are basically told to do their jobs and not make a fuss while the new executive team makes all their decisions. Poor communication, deceptive, and obvious lying. Zero opportunity for advancement. Internal promotions are mostly appointed with a seemingly illegal/inequitable hiring processes. Flirting with preferential treatment/nepotism. The temporary CEO loves to parade around taking his own picture while sucking up to board of directors.
