      Cons

      Favors people who have been there forever. Extremely inefficient with massive project delays. Meeting overload with too many people. HR and Total Rewards needs a reality check.

      Fantastic benefits, great work life balance, enthusiastic and devoted people who believe in the agency’s mission.

      Cons

      Lower salaries than the private sector. Tons of red tape with promotions and titles which miraculously get sidestepped when needed.
