Benefits and pay are above industry standard but average when taking So. Cal location

Cons

Information sharing is low. Newcomers are not trusted but must earn the trust by working their way into the many "clicks"

Pros

If you don't have an education then you can work here. Its good pay for someone who never graduated from school or is planning on growing in the Nuclear industry.

Cons

I work at the Nuclear Powerplant which can be very intense, rigid, Type A driven personalities and easy to get stressed over long hours and little vacation time.

Pros

Pay, benefits, great place to work while going to school.

Cons

Superiors treat you with disrespect more so than not. Depressing. Management gets away with murder while you are expected to deal with their crap. I'm on my way out of there.
