      Pros

      Job stability. Benefits are unbeatable.

      Cons

      Remote work is not an option, even after working remotely successfully for 2 years during covid. Management instills anxiety and fear in their teams in order to get work done. Management speaks poorly about their team members and makes fun of people with and without disabilities. Management picks favorites and makes it obvious. Management mistreats people who return from extended leave. The company does not care about its employees. HR is a joke-they are not there to support or protect you as an employee, their goal is to support and protect the company and upper management. Upper management has no true oversight or insight into their direct reports.

      Pros

      Great "pitch" of a benefit package. The package is indeed better than average as is the bonus IF you are fortunate enough to actually be one of the few employees who qualify for the yearly bonus. Pay is good but again you are EXPECTED to work during your off time in the evenings and on weekends in order to remain in the good graces of the "management team"

      Cons

      Very much a good ole boys system, if you aren't one of "them" you won't last long. They will weed you out. Unfair hiring practices - all jobs aren't posted so that everyone can apply for them. They slide who they want into them. Not a good work, home life balance. They talk the talk but don't actually walk the walk. Expect you to dedicate your life to the company.

      Extremely inexperienced Leaders and Managers

      Pros

      Most of the co-workers are nice; Very interesting projects in Technology. one day remote work allowed.

      Cons

      Many of the Leaders within PMO are not qualified to be in that role and hence overall performance of the group is bad. PMO is way behind compared to what's happening in the industry. Lots of partiality during hiring and promotion. Diversity is not proportionate.
