Pros
The positive atmosphere in the workplace served as a protective barrier against any negative encounters with superiors or management, but unfortunately, it was short-lived as the management eventually disrupted it.
Cons
The terrible actions of the CEO and leadership have created an arduous and oppressive work environment that is detrimental to the morale and productivity of the workforce. The CEO's cruel and pointless decisions have eroded trust and confidence in the company, leaving employees feeling powerless and hesitant to voice their apprehensions for fear of retaliation.

Zero pros unless you enjoy being treated like an inferior being and by people who enjoy knocking you down to build their own egos.
Cons
Everything. The hospital treats its employees abominably. The only ones who benefit are the upper management or executives and the only people who enjoy working here are the type they look for, bad, evil, condescending, self-serving, they feel superior to you, look down and laugh at you behind closed doors. If you aren't as educated and don't have a medical degree. Well, you will NEVER be respected. Avoid this place like the plague!!!
