Pros
They know how to pick good people. but don't utilize them to their fullest potential. Instead, they're abusing them until they can no longer work.
Cons
The things I saw there was shocking, but by far the worst was the treatment of employees by the upper management; they were absolutely towards these entry-level hires. The entire structure of the Employee Talent Program was run by politically motivated people who delight in playing games with people's careers, holding them back from promotion simply because they don't like them. It is biased, wrong, and completely pathetic.
