Cons

No advancement opportunities in last 4 yrs, some supervisors prefer not to praise the good work their staff do, office politics can sometimes be downright asinine and ridiculous.

Great PTO and work-life balance. Great coworkers. Incredible program director.

Cons

Company layoffs via Microsoft teams meeting without providing any answers. Laid off a dedicated employee of 37 years without allowing the opportunity to retire. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
