      Pros

      The worker bees! The problem is you make friends with a co worker and the next thing you know they either got smart and quit or they got fired for something ridiculous.

      Cons

      Your only a number to this company. Management has no idea how to manage. They may have been in business for 15 years but because of their high turnover, pretty soon everyone in the state of Arizona will have worked for them and they will not be able to keep their doors open unless things change, especially with their Management.

      Pros

      Friendly LOWER level employees and decent benefits. Only available once you have worked there for a year, IF you can survive the terror.

      Cons

      WORST management I have ever seen. These people are completely ignorant to what to what their employees are doing or what they want them to do. EXTREMELY UNPRODUCTIVE. This is the reason they have such extremely high turn over.

      Pros

      The management team (from a managers perspective) are a supportive, dedicated hardworking team of professionals with a strong work ethic - amazing group of people. I thoroughly enjoyed going to work every day knowing that I was part of an organization with a mission to provide exceptional customer service to their clients. This organization truly cares about their employees and shows their appreciation in many ways - become an employee to find out specifics :-)
