Took the job with the premise that I would be making commission pay. Leases sit in the audit que for 2-3 weeks and you make straight hourly. Commission pay is slowest AND the lowest in the industry. The length of time it takes to get paid commissions is completely the company’s fault. At what point will they hire another audit team member? 2 members for 100 properties, with how many leases at each property, lets just say, for a month? I think you see where I’m going with this. They also cut commissions and have a list of 10 reasons or "rules" why. Everyone at corporate seems too busy to help with anything or answer your questions, maybe they're overworked too. Owners are making all-time-high profits, while paying their site members nothing and expecting everything!
