Pros
Fully Remote and they don't watch you like a hawk, will keep you employed for a while typically even when you're not on project
Cons
Very limited advancement opportunity, manager has changed twice since I was put in for a promotion with no feedback, pay is not great, communication is terrible because it goes through too many layers, laying off US employees while acquiring offshore businesses, doesn't look good for a company originally branded on having US consultants to compete against all the offshoring we have
