Pros

Most every RSI worker is a great individual. No one is out to stab you in the back or step on you to get ahead.

Cons

Benefits - No employee contribution on insurance. No matched 401k for a year. After a year, matching is low. Contracts -They take any contract they can get and say anything to get it. This leads to over promising and the stress falls on you. No matter how right you are and wrong the client is, they will 100% back the client. Turnover - Before, they had a model of cheaper labor for being in 3rd tier cities. Now that everything is remote, everyone worth their salt is taking better remote jobs at higher pay. The wheat is gone, the chaff remains.

Pros

RSI has great co-workers and a family oriented environment. The Senior developer really help out the junior developer ALOT!

Cons

The turnover rate is very high for the skilled developers. The pay compared to surrounding development centers is bare minimum.
