Business Outlook
Pros
Used to be great pre-covid and pre-Sparq
Cons
Sold out to venture capital multiple times. Everything is about squeezing every possible penny out of everything and maximizing cost cutting to keep investors happy. The company used to be called Rural Sourcing (RSI) and was all about "bringing jobs back to America" but rebranded as Sparq and now has eyes for cheap foreign labor. When I left, rolling layoffs were constant and there was never any shortage of new employees that speak broken English.
