Pros

I'm learning how to build and grow a company. I'm able to connect with the CEO on a regular basis and stay up to date on current events within the company. Never micromanaged. My work is appreciated and I am treated with respect.

Cons

The amount of vacation days could be improved, although management is very accommodating when you need time away.

Pros

Flexible schedule, excellent benefits, overall a good place to work. RSI periodically buys breakfast or lunch and invites family members for dinner at restaurants in town.

Cons

Not always busy, sometimes there is a lot of down time between clients and projects. Salaries are lower than other companies in the area.

Pros

All programming for the client is done remotely. You might have to go onsite to meet them but the majority of your work is done over a VPN. Every client wants something different.

Cons

Due to the business model, you will be underpaid for what you know. You get outsource work, stuff the client either doesn't want to do or doesn't have time. Also clients tend to be four to ten years behind on technology so you will not be working with the "latest and greatest".
