Pros

Very flexible and a big learning experience

Cons

Not the best pay plus hours are not the best. I would work 12-15 hrs a week and client would cancel. Bad communication… they didn’t inform me that I wasn’t working with my client anymore. It was also stressful.

Pros

The management team is very supportive and accessible. Any time I reached out my needs would be met and support provided. Different members of the team took time to help me out with different tasks like report writing, technician training, and employee discipline.

Cons

I wish I would have stayed at SNN my current company does not provide any support. SNN should improve their benefits package.
