Good money bad quality of life

Money for the area is good.

Cons

Tough to have a family life, schedule is day by day mostly 6 day week schedules, they can’t justify working you 7 days straight but they have no problem working you 12 days in a row on last minutes notice ( so we can give you Monday of and work you until next Lots of turn around.

Very poor planning, very unpredictable scheduling you literally don't know what shift or how many hours you'll be working from one day to the next.
