We strive to offer great benefits to our employees and routinely evaluate how we can provide even better offerings to our employees. We are making plans to offer a choice of two high-deductible plans and two low-deductible plans for medical insurance in hopes our employees will be able to select exactly what meets their needs.

Good company, lots of growth potential, aging infrastructure

Pros

Smaller company feel comparied to some of the majors where you're lost in the numbers yet still large enough for good security and a fair benefit's program.

Cons

The budget and schedule is like nothing I've ever seen, but I get it. Flexability in labor costs is key to market viability, that means schedules are changing based on orders, and those are continually changing.
