Pros

5 weeks of vacation time - if you're allowed to use it. In house "doctor" Hr is really nice, so is the ceo! You can dress like a bum and no one cares.

Cons

The management. So poorly handled, really clique-y. The management sets the tone or lack there of. The manager hardly manages and the assistant manager is Power hungry. They spend a lot of time teaching you about the culture, that isn't there anymore.

PTO (but even that didn't make up for the toxic environment). I learned what I did NOT want in an employer I learned to take negative reviews more into consideration when applying for a job I learned that the saying "If it looks to good to be true, it probably is" is under rated.

Cons

Favoritism Toxic environment Low pay Pay was not the same for females (and no, experience was not the determining factor) Company changes names more often than most people change socks! Insurance was ridiculously expensive and NOT good. (This is NOT a "small" company, so that is not an excuse). They have multiple locations so should be able to offer better benefits! TOXIC ENVIRONMENT

There is a reason why Spectrum has been voted best places to work 14 years in a row. Great company culture, great benefits, great leadership and compensation are just a few things the name for why this is the best company I have worked for.

Cons

None, love my job and working for SpectrumAM!
