      Once family friendly and fun

      They have a good training program

      Cons

      Turnover extremely high, still advertised as family friendly and fun which it is not, raises are non existent and management is very out of touch with the people who do majority of the work, emphasis on community managers who only deal with a small number of clients and not support staff who works with all clients, very hard to talk to management without fear of being written up for having an opinion

      Everyone not in upper management really looks out for each other

      Cons

      The company is growing without proper the infrastructure in place. The owners only care about adding more accounts and not about employees. They do not believe in promoting from within. Every monday the CEO gets on the PA and tells us how we are not productive enough or rants about stealing time and money from the company. We just lost 2 awesome employees this week. They didnt even try to keep them. Everyone is just waiting for a chance to leave.

      Pros

      In the beginning the management really seemed to care about taking care of their employees. They listened to suggestions and had fun events and meetings.

      Cons

      In the last few years the culture of the company has gone down due to the lack of employee consideration. There are no more meetings or fun events even though they still advertise that they are a fun company. The employees that have been there for awhile are leaving and even the newer employees don't last very long.
