Pros

Co-workers were nice, not management team, they are horrible.

Cons

Pay, they low ball you and do not provide pay raises, overworked and overloaded, with no support from management team, you are to help with calls and emails but no one will help you when the time asks for it, Big brother attitude and extreme micromanagement. Will berate you in front of coworkers and tell everyone how bad you are and will talk behind your back as well. Did I mention no support, culture is horrible and complete opposite to what they preach.

Pros

Great team of people working here and very solid support from managers. Great learning systems. Many employees join without industry experience and receive a full industry education over 12 months.

Cons

The industry can be a challenge with some unfriendly people.
