Although ive only been with this company a short amount of time, i have met some of the most genuine people. This company is unlike any other i have worked for. From the decor to the way they work.. i LOVE it. 10/10

Cons

I can wear pajamas to work and they have dogs with glasses as portraits around the office... how can i complain about anything here lol

Spectrum has an amazing, supportive culture where everyone is valued and recognized for what they contribute. The work is fun and varied. The people really make this an outstanding place to work, and the PTO and community service hours are a great added benefit.

Cons

This industry can be challenging; you have to maintain a positive attitude.
