Good morning, if you are still an employee then we'd love to hear from you and help rectify your concerns. I appreciate you sharing them with us. As you reference, each employee receives 5 weeks of PTO and the average employee takes 3.9 weeks of PTO in addition to holidays. Each employee should have a team available to cover to allow you to take PTO, if you feel you don't have this arrangement, please reach out to your division leader or come talk to me and I would be happy to listen and see how we can work together to make this happen for you. We intend every employee to utilize our generous PTO policy to recharge regularly. This is in addition to an empowerment program that allows for flexible hours and time to recoup if you have an extended workday or evening meetings. Thank you for taking care of our customers and for being a part of the team. We anticipate that we can partner together to ensure you find the balance you seek.

Thank you for the time you spent with us. We aim to challenge each employee to provide 40 hours of fulfilling work each week with the flexibility and time off to find the balance you need in your non-work life. I am sorry that you weren't able to find enough work to fill your time. We have several ongoing options for any employee to assist another department with a seasonal increase in work. May you find that you are able to offer a full work week to your next employer and we sincerely hope you find a wonderful work home for the next step of your career.

Thank you for sharing your feedback here. I hope you are also sharing specifics in the surveys you reference. We take every survey and opinion seriously. It is sometimes painful to see when someone isn't feeling at home while we work together. If you are still working with us, let's work on this together. I think we have a good place to start "Great training. Amazing coworkers. Knowledgeable supervisor." We may not pay like the oil industry, but we are very competitive in our space, we are stable (no COVID furloughs here) and we have a transparent career track for each role. If you would like to see yours, I am happy to review it or reach out to your supervisor, your future should be a part of the conversation regularly. Thanks again for taking the time to share.
