Very Cliquish company. Too many inexperienced people, and they keep hiring......that should raise a red flag. They say they are growing but to me they are replacing staff that leaves. Not realistic group.

Low reimbursement for mileage and cell phone service. Too much focus on structuring departments with supervisors and managers instead of concentrating on the work that needs to be done. Constant turnover in operational departments makes it difficult to get stuff done when someone is always learning or training. Preference of males in executive level positions.
