Pros

Could not be happier. Amazing bosses who are just good people. Fun coworkers, positive work environment. Hello... Five weeks paid time off for every full-timer? Clearly they are different in a good way.

Cons

People whine about nonsense, but that happens everywhere.

Pros

Flexible regarding life events. Co-workers are great.

Cons

No raises, unreal expectations for amount of work you must complete, be prepared that if you do not satisfy their expectations you will be fired without having a chance to correct whatever it is you are doing wrong. The majority of tenured employees have been laid off for these "reasons". Upper management is extremely questionable and two-faced. They preach on the standards they desire for the company, but do not deliver. Management does not react to feedback from employees regarding the environment and unreal expectations. Instead they terminate people and bring in fresh bodies.

Pros

My colleagues are the best. We work as a team and support each other through daily tasks and bigger projects. Leadership is getting on board to hearing our ideas. Great PTO policy and volunteer hours. Flexibility.

Cons

- Health insurance costs are a bit high. - Work on getting more career paths for different positions.
