Pros

Our leadership staff is the best out there and they care about the success of their teams. They are in the trenches each day, problem solving along side each and everyone of them. When you walk through our company, you hear laughter and great conversations filled with energy and happiness. We all love to come to work each day and are proud to be part of such an amazing culture. Your voice is heard, when you speak up, and new ideas are formed from our employees every day.

Cons

There is not one single thing I can fault with this company. They are on the right track to a successful future and I am so happy say I am on this train.

Pros

You get to make a difference within communities, and you have some really great co-workers.

Cons

Job load, lack of training, long hours, no clear career path. This company unfortunately fails to deliver on the promises they make during the interview process. Upper management expects community managers to wear every hat in the company, without compensation. Division Presidents are non effective, as they are overloaded. Upper management does not listen to their employees, and continue to pile on more on the community manager's plate.
