Pros

The only thing that I can say is the great people.

Cons

There is no open door policy. Upper management does not follow through on agreements with employees, they change the rules to their benefit. If they feel your salary is to high they will cap you.

Pros

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. There is training, you are rewarded for hard work, and upper management is approachable. I feel like I have a lot of job security as the company is always growing.

Cons

Like all new jobs there is a learning curve, but everyone is so kind and helpful you are never alone.

Pros

In the beginning they take care of you.

Cons

Don't expect a salary increase or a bonus. They won't hire people even when they are missing half their staff. The turnover rate is ridiculous. The mileage reimbursement is low. There is no 401k matching. Healthcare is so high employees can't afford it on the peanuts they make. Be prepared to put 500 miles on your car every two weeks. Managment talks a lot but doesn't do anything.
