Pros

I really love the people I work with. The people really make this a great company. Everyone seems to care, people are happy, they like working here, and most everyone is really nice. The management is the best I have worked for before and I have been working since I was 15. You can feel they care. They take the time to talk with us and try to keep us informed.

Cons

I wish the insurance was a bit cheaper but I get that the costs have been rising and continue to do so. My friends have the same thing happening in their company so I think it is everywhere.

Pros

- Extremely likable leadership - No day ever looks the same - Making a Difference Program: Paid leave to provide service in the community - Initiative and creativity is valued and rewarded

Cons

There is very little not to like about Spectrum. Coke zero in the complimentary soda fountain would be nice, but that is just my preference. Reduce the number of Oddball bucks it takes to get time off, for those who can participate.

Pros

When I was interviewed with Spectrum, the panel concentrated on culture and strengths. They look for the right fit for both you and the company. I think that is an awesome strategy when hiring people so that both parties flourish. The company also invests in training with all new employees whether you have experience or coming straight out of college. That's right they invest in your future by spending time and effort training you for success. This is something that you can build your career on!

Cons

Spectrum is a small but mighty company that is growing daily. With that being said the only con that I see is the cost of health insurance and that is not Spectrum's fault. That is truly the only thing that I consider a con. Spectrum is a great place to work and the people make it what it is and that is welcoming and friendly!
