There are so many pros! To name a few... excellent support network, growth and promotional opportunities, caring environment, fantastic training, and family oriented management.

Cons

I truly can't think of any!

Work life balance at it's finest

Pros

Spectrum is by far the best company I've worked for in regards to work life balance. The PTO policy is great! The upper level management is great about always working to improve the company for their employees.

Cons

Sometimes you have to deal with difficult board members or homeowners but that is to be expected in any customer position.

Pros

Amazing culture in this company, 5 weeks of PTO and upper management genuinely cares about their people. The company is growing quickly and there are opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Health insurance is high but understandable for a small company. There is high turnover but from what I've seen it's for the right reasons. People found a higher paying job or they just weren't cut out for this business.
