Pros

Working at Spectrum Association Management has been amazing so far. I have been employed here for a little over 6 months now and I absolutely love it. Compared to the jobs that I have had in the past, this job my far surpasses them all. The surroundings and culture that this company has is phenomenal. Here at spectrum, there is a equal opportunity for every individual to succeed. Along with that, your voice is heard. Your concerns are actually acted upon. You are treated as family, and not just another average employee. Spectrum provides 5 weeks PTO along with 40 hours of paid volunteer service. Working here has truly changed my outlook for working while in school.

Cons

Being hourly and not salary.

Pros

Five weeks PTO 40 Hours Making a difference time ( volunteer hours) Flexibility- four kids that pull me in all directions can make it difficult to work but not here Family is respected not tolerated Friendly staff Courteous and understanding managers

Cons

The only con is that i did not go to work for them sooner!
