Pros

The hourly employees and the community managers were great people to work with. The training was good and the working hours were fine.

Cons

No wage increases, they told us we could all apply for other jobs in the company but when we did apply, all were told the jobs weren't available. They determined your job slot and you were stuck in it with no growth, ever. We were constantly threatened with termination. We worked in a rented office that the owners of the company sunk thousands of dollars into to be remodeled. Why would you want to remodel something that you didn't own?

Pros

The support staff are very supportive of each other.

Cons

The vibe feels very stifled and generally icky. Employees are unhappy and you can feel it. Unhappy, overworked individuals all agree that the Company has grown beyond its ability to manage the large number of accounts. The appropriate infrastructure is not in place to handle the growth. And, yes, the Monday Morning lecture by the leader has GOT to go- especially the cheesy music he incorporates into the segment.

Pros

This company is cheap! The employees pay for things that the company should be taking care of. The owner would rather tell the workers corny inspirational quotes over the intercom than directly address the issues..issues like employee retention. This is a small company and people are quitting all the time! Hiring and training is expensive and that is where all the money is going. I've seen so many people quit, not fired, quit. They have a deaf ear towards the concerns of the employees and it's discouraging. Clients are permitted to be very disrespectful towards the workers because it's "Part of the job". I've worked in various different industries and being cursed at and mailed dog droppings was never a part of my job description. I don't recommend unless you have an exit plan and will be gone within a year.

Cons

Hidden requirements for employees like the *$100000 requirement* for auto insurance if you drive for them. Who needs that much? the company should pay for the insurance if they are going to make a demand like that since the employees do all the driving for them like other companies
