Pros

Great coworkers, just feel sad for them for being there.

Cons

The company as a whole is not a good place to work at. They do not like to give raises UNLESS you go in and beg for it. Don't think about trying to advance in the company, "we have you exactly where we want you". The company is loaded with VIPs and not one of them was promoted from within. Unless you fit an image, you will be miserable there because you have to be the face of the company. You can't rely on your hard work to get you anywhere, because the board members still hold your jobs in their hands. What that says is zero support from your superiors. It's a sad thing when you don't even get paid for your extra time put in, it only gets you a demotion. I have never seen a company where employees are itching to get out of, the turn over is extremely high. They will even go as far as letting employees work from out of state to hide it. As for the positive reviews written, especially the one that said working in 100 degree conditions. Where was that???, I thought sweatshops were illegal.

Pros

The CEO and COO are very hands on and genuinely care about the success of their company, customer service, employees, and training employees to be the best in the industry. They have created a culture that is hard to find these days. Everyone within the company is helpful, friendly and collaborative with ideas to keep the company strong. Coming to work each day is exciting, rewarding and fulfilling. Because they hire people based on their strengths and talents, you go home happy and fulfilled because you get to do what you love to do each day.

Cons

I really cannot think of anything negative to say about this organization.

Pros

I worked at my last company for five years. Looking back I didn't realize how bad it was. Spectrum is so much better. I knew I wanted to work here from the moment I walked in. There is just a great vibe here. My boss is understanding - helped me out in a bind with my kids a month ago. Cool people and people seem to care. I've been here coming up on a year soon and I wish I would have found this place a long time ago.

Cons

My friend showed me the negative review someone posted. I know the person that put this on here. Some people will never be happy. I guess the negative I would say is working with people that don't know how good it is. My last company didn't have a break room, my boss yelled all the time, never told you you did a good job. Two of the rooms at my last company were 100 degrees in the summer. That office had animal heads all over......And the list goes on. Spectrum is really good about giving kuddos and praising you and working with people.
