      Pros

      Co-workers were nice, not management team, they are horrible.

      Cons

      Pay, they low ball you and do not provide pay raises, overworked and overloaded, with no support from management team, you are to help with calls and emails but no one will help you when the time asks for it, Big brother attitude and extreme micromanagement. Will berate you in front of coworkers and tell everyone how bad you are and will talk behind your back as well. Did I mention no support, culture is horrible and complete opposite to what they preach.

      Pros

      They have a generous PTO program and good benefits.

      Cons

      They don't listen to the employees! They don't promote from within either. They like to hire young and inexperienced people and then train them rather than promoting the employees that are already experienced. Management there is the worst! And the pay scale is terrible. They don't give raises at all. They always say that there is a freeze on pay increases.

      Thank you for sharing. We are sorry this job wasn't a fit for you. Your experience and perspectives are unique to you and I appreciate that. I'd just like to share a couple things in response. We pride ourselves on internal opportunities. We've had two new management positions open in your division this year(Division Director and another Client Relations Managers). Both were internal hires. I have been with the company for five years and I've never heard the term freeze in relation to pay. We love providing an opportunity for those who perform well. Raises and promotions are a part of this. Best of luck to you in the future and thanks for being a part of our team while you were here.

      A company that tells it like it is....

      Pros

      We are different from other management companies out there. We have heart and really care about the employees and homeowners we represent. Additionally we are selective on who we bring in to represent our company and even though the process may seem daunting, there is a reason they have this process in place. If you are one of the lucky ones to be selected, you will not regret your decision to accept the offer. I have been with this company for three years and have not regreted it one moment. We just keep getting better. We stay up with the latest in technology and are always listening to others great ideas to imporve our processses and work environment. There is lots of opportunity in this company, as long as you are willing to show the loyalty and dedication to your current role and be patient as we continue to grow and recognize the talent we already have. The work life balance is amazing....

      Cons

      We might not be the highest paying company, but we are close, if not higher, to the HOA industry standard.
