Pros

Payment management pre charter also easy to follow up with distinct assistance by your direct supervisor and co workers. The incentives and again pre charger the call center was fantastic

Cons

Thanks to charter the whole experience at this company has twisted from a place happy to arrive at everyday to a nuisance that seems to be a terrible setting where you are basically hunted down for any nitpick and then made accountable

Pros

They have really good benefits compared to other companies and an upbeat team.

Cons

The calls are misrouted for months and they say they will fix the issue, but it still persists. The call queue can effect your commission. Just make sure you stay driven all day, because if you miss out on that one chance it can effect your pay dramatically.
