Good hourly wage for the most part

Cons

Told me I was getting promoted, then decided to never speak about it again and told me I wasn't receiving it. I also had an emergency surgery and they gave my hours away when I returned to work. I was on a set schedule for morning hours and they gave it to another employee while I was having an invasive surgery.

Pros

Great operations team that gives their all! They focus on resident satisfaction and science based care instead of just profit numbers. Putting the safety of seniors at the forefront of their business decisions is obvious. Mandating the vaccine to protect our most vulnerable had to have been a difficult decision considering that we are in the middle of a hiring crisis nationwide.

Cons

Considering the current hiring crisis nationwide, a lot of the amazing employees are very overworked. All the way up to the top level management. Everyone is pulling weight that is "not their job" and there isn't relief in sight yet. Salaries are competitive but benefits are very expensive!

We make every attempt to accommodate time off requests, however, we are not always able to do so if the request is not made in accordance with our policy or in cases where there would be a negative impact on the services we provide our residents. Regarding schedules, where possible, we work with team members on this but our priority is to ensure we are upholding the promise made to those who choose to make our community home.
