Terrible Place to Work

Recommend

Pros

They will overwork you & no consistency in business policy or practices. Lots of reasons to keep you up at night. Great for docile zombie like workers who ignore the wellbeing of others.

Cons

Unethical & shady practices from upper management that causes unstable, toxic work environments. The staff gets ruined mentally for any profit the management can make which worst of all is at the expense of the resident who sorrowfully aren’t just paying the price w/ money. The only people who try to help are the building staff whose hands are often tied & the company can’t seem to retain. Anyone in the building who tries to lead/ do what’s right will have claims stacked up to be fired.
