Pros

Great residents, nice communities, potentially good benefits. The people here seemed really nice, the staff and the residents

Cons

I left after a week. I was told when I was hired that I would work "occasional weekends", I found out after I started that I would probably work every weekend, sometimes Saturday and Sunday. I was told an average of 45-50 hours a week while in the interview process, but was looking at 50+. I also was not told that the department was understaffed and I would actually be doing the job of 2 people during my first month. The salary sounded decent, not great, but was higher than what I was previously making. However, once I calculated my $ per hour it was less than what I was being paid before with the number of hours I'd be working. The director never spoke to me after I was hired, not even to welcome me on my first day.
