Pros

When I opened a property in 2016, I felt that the corporate/home office leadership was involved, honest and and accessible. Decent on boarding experience, across all levels from front line staff to community leadership. Beautifully decorated communities in desirable locations for seniors. Company with a lot of growth.

Cons

While it's positive the company was growing quickly, it was clear it bit off more than it could chew. Layers upon layers of regional and corporate level leadership, who were slow to make decisions and slow to get answers. Almost complete vice president leadership turn over in the 20 months I was with the company. I shared concerns with vice presidents regarding low census and barriers in our market and they were slow to respond, at the expense of director level sales team members . Quickly constructed buildings that were rushed to open and pressured to fill to capacity. When I ultimately resigned, I was asked by my regional to stay and when I did not, I was "offered to resign immediately" but assured I was "leaving on good terms and was re hirable."
