Pros

The residents & their families . Interview process was great...dietary staff worked their tail feathers off. The facility was beautiful.

Cons

Management strictly revenue driven. Management doesn't care about staff or residents. As long as the beds are full they are making they $ that's all they care.

whole community had bed bugs and they just kept spreading. Staff are not valued or appreciated. I would not move my enemy in much less my family member

Unprofessional community leadership team. However, it is the Corporate Leaders that are bullies, harass you constantly, have absolutely no respect for employees. You feel as though you are under a microscope from the moment you enter the building. Worst company I Have every worked at
