Spectrum Retirement reviews

This company is a disaster from the top down. There are unqualified people heading the care department, self-centered, ego-driven bullies leading the corporate sales teams, and the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed. There is literally zero interest from Spectrum corporate in caring for seniors or their families. I would not trust them to water my houseplants, let alone care for a loved one. The company reputation is so bad throughout the industry that it is actually embarrassing to be associated with Spectrum Retirement Communities.
