Pros

The only reason to work at Palmilla would be the food. That’s it. Even though they do use food against you, it’s free and sometimes decent.

Cons

Where should I start? The management is abusive not only towards the employees but also towards the residents. They don’t care about the residents to the point where it’s neglectful. And the emotional and verbal abuse towards the staff is appalling
