Residents, co-workers, beautiful new community.

Cons

Typical corporate with unrealistic expectations. All they care about is money. Employees are not taken care of. Corporate does not care about the well being of the residents.

Poor training, set you up for failure, zero culture, old-school corporate vibe, everyone is miserable, mundane work, micro-management. They engage in malpractice. Avoid at all costs.

Cons

Management plays mind games - will write you up "to better you & make you stronger". However, false reasons for write up. ED says whatever you would like to hear, but scheming behind your back to terminate you. Want employees to do the Manager work without the Manager pay. One employee was holding down the Manager position for 16 months before they actually paid her for the position.
