Pros

There are no pros besides the seniors

Cons

-Always short staffed-Below national and state average pay- Spectrum is terrible i have worked for them for 6 months in ohio and it feel's like high school all over again. The ED is willing to give me employee of the month award as i work 6 days a week and even acknowledges my work's better than good and my attendance is great yet won't even consider me for a promotion and my director position has been vacated several times.Of course they don't even inform me that they refuse to interview me until the new person starts. Also the regional manager exhibits the same behavior. When put on the spot i get "your works good, your attendance is good, the resident's love you....your just not ready". In other words i don't kiss enough you know what.

Pros

I see this position and company as a long term place of employment for myself. I love the team I work with and the residents we help care for. They always allow and encourage advancement.

Cons

Adding quality team members has proven to be a challenge due to the hiring process and turn over of the staffing. Location may also be a factor since our building is surrounded my many similar communities. Competitive pay is a concern.

Pros

Good pay for a serving position. Straight forward job.

Cons

A lot of the time the servers are a bit short staffed. One person could call off and the entire day will be backed up, stressful and long.
