4yWe are always appreciative of all feedback provided, but it is difficult to provide an appropriate response when we do not know the community referenced or who you are. In a world of anonymity, addressing issues and concerns becomes difficult. This aside, all senior living providers have encountered nearly insurmountable challenges with staffing during the COVID pandemic. As an organization we have made every possible effort to ensure our communities, and the residents they serve, have been minimally impacted. Your reference to a "toxic environment" is something we take great umbrage with, especially when loosely used without defining specifics that we could address.
