Pros

Residents are the best. The Reason we even worked there

Cons

Senior Management Oblivious Top Heavy. Regional Management scared of senior management. Serious problem having yes people who continue to execute poorly thought out programs. Community level suffers when they question program. Regional just forwards upwards and provides zero support Remaining staff working around the clock. Where are the Regionals?

Cons

Lack of leadership that cares about the development of team, only focused on climbing their own ladder to financial success.

Pros

At a community level, Spectrum is GREAT! The staff truly cares and it really feels like home

Cons

The corporate office has no idea what is going on. Especially during COVID. The process' change almost hourly and they can't agree what is going on. Because of this, they micromanage and punish you when you can't keep up with their circus
