Don't believe in the way some did things Poor training staff / procedure Had to teach myself proper training or find people to better train me Management wasn't the best Constantly found something to blame on Resident assistants Management didn't show a lot of gratitude for staff when putting in complaints management did not fix the problem. After buying scrubs told id be reimbursed, then later was told that they don't to reimbursements Told Id be provided a company scrub top also never received Told Id be put in a cpr class they only allowed so many RAs to do training reminded them many times I needed to be trained never trained me. Continued to ask why I'm not cpr certified constantly getting new staff
