      Rewarding part-time job at Cedar Lake

      Pros

      Brand new community offering flexible hours, free employee meals, and decent pay for part-time. The majority of the staff are friendly and fun to work with. Management is approachable and responsive. This is my first job working with the elderly and it's been very rewarding.

      Cons

      As with any new community, there are some kinks to work out but management appears to be working hard to get things right. It takes some time to get used to the different personality types of the residents/family members but overall they are good people and appreciate the work we do for them.

      Pros

      Staff is nice and helpful. Everyone works like a team and we care about the residents. Lots of opportunity for growth with this company. Management is extremely nice and supportive.

      Cons

      Hourly full time benefits could be better and more affordable but the PTO is generous.

      Pros

      Brand new community in Lake Zurich, IL. Management cares about the team members, open communication with the team. We treat the residents really well. We are staffed enough. The company seems to listen and care about things that we need. Its nice to get a meal while you are working and not have to pay for it. I like the uniforms.
