Dear "former employee", while appreciative of constructive feedback that helps us evaluate and improve, we are baffled by your review. We are unsure how our location in the Denver Tech Center, known at the time a team member accepts an offer of employment, is cast as a negative element of your employment with us. While long commutes can be challenging at times, we were in this location when you accepted the position. As the corporate headquarters for our senior living communities there is not direct interaction at the community level within the accounting team, nor should their be; another element in your review that we are puzzled by. Regarding your comment about "egotistical ownership", we are not aware of any team members who have left who felt this way. Without knowing more about the details connected, we aren't able to provide an appropriate response. We are always appreciative of all feedback provided, but it is difficult to provide an appropriate response when we do not know the community referenced or who you are. In a world of anonymity, addressing issues and concerns becomes difficult. This aside, all senior living providers have encountered nearly insurmountable challenges with staffing during the COVID pandemic. As an organization we have made every possible effort to ensure our communities, and the residents they serve, have been minimally impacted. Your reference to a "toxic environment" is something we take great umbrage with, especially when loosely used without defining specifics that we could address.
