Pros

The Pros I could have listed were destroyed when they allowed a new era of power hungry mad men to take over. John S. is the only person respected in the company.

Cons

Not affiliated with Powell Senior Living should be rephrased as NO LONGER affiliated. Spectrum was affiliated from 2017 to 2021. Take the criticism you deserve.

Fake promotion.

Pros

Good hourly wage for the most part

Cons

Told me I was getting promoted, then decided to never speak about it again and told me I wasn't receiving it. I also had an emergency surgery and they gave my hours away when I returned to work. I was on a set schedule for morning hours and they gave it to another employee while I was having an invasive surgery.
